Outfest to Recognition Director Adam Shankman With Visionary Award

Director Adam Shankman is going to be honored by Outfest, the Los Angeless organization which encourages lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender film, once the group presents him using its Visionary Award at its annual Legacy Honours ceremony in the DGA Theater on March. 29. The big event, a fundraising event for that Outfest Legacy Work for LGBT Film Upkeep, a collaboration between Outfest and also the UCLA Film & Television Archive, will also present its Protector Award to Lifetime Systems. Shankman, that has directed such films as Lowering the home, Hairspray and also the approaching Rock of Age range and TV instances of Glee and Modern Family, has been famous for his contribution to LGBT arts and media visibility. "Adam Shankman's body of labor continues to be inspiring and significant to a lot of within our community.
